Collingwood is situated a short drive from the GTA and is fast becoming one of Ontario's finest four season resort's. It is a historic shipbuilding town which has seen steady growth over recent years turning it into a great place to live, work and play. In the summer months the ski hills turn into mountain bike trails and the gondola ride takes avid hikers and bikers up to the top of the escarpment.

Thornbury with its beautiful marina and worlds class golf courses (Lora Bay and Georgian Bay Club) can be found just a short drive west from Collingwood. There are also many public golf course's dotted in and around the area and many situated within easy reach of condo development or resorts.

To the east can be found some of the longest freshwater beaches in the world at Wasaga Beach where you can twinkle your toes in the clear blue waters and watch the amazing sunsets over the bay.

The area has seen much development in recent years with the Collingwood shipyard's being turned into a luxury waterfront condo development and many new home developments attracting younger families and empty nesters/retirees to this beautiful part of the world.
